*HOW LONG IS THE COURSE?

It's an Evergreen Course so you can go steady in your own time, ideally I'd suggest doing a module per week to keep on track & get the best from the course, when we are consistent & focused we transition quicker but it'll always be there for you to connect with.

You'll never return back into your old self, you'll continue to rise up into your vibrancy.

WHAT IF I CAN'T KEEP ON TRACK WITH THE COURSE?

Don't worry you can go steady, there's no rush although keeping fairly on track is key to experience the shift, the course will stay open for you.

 

*HOW WILL THE COURSE BE RUN  - You'll start the course with a one to one 30 minute Zoom Clarity Call ~ Here we'll connect, discover & set the route for transformation. The course is in Modules, which include video's, you will have private access, within the modules you'll be guided with content to implement into your day, it'll be evenly spaced so you can take your time, the Modules will consist of Guidance, Meditation's & Practice's, consistency is the key. A Facebook Group will be set up so you can share your wins & obtain support through your journey from myself & other's, I will be supporting you throughout & you can always reach out to me with any questions
