Firstly, I'm so pleased your here, I have a journey to share with you on how I navigated the depths of health anxiety for many years & have elevated myself into a higher vibration, leaving behind my fears, I now feel empowered in my health & wellbeing through the strength of my mind, using Essential Oils, the healing ability of my breath & allowing myself to be mentored, one of my biggest passions is for Wellness & knowing that you can take your state of mind from despair to happiness, I'm so grateful for where I am today, I live my life vibrantly, with a positive outlook & I'm here to help you achieve the same
