The most purest gifts from the earth, mother nature created plants and trees & from these so much is gifted, our body & mind is supported and magic is weaved to create harmony, less is more with Essential Oils, one drop can create such a powerful response, doTERRA Essential Oils are the purest I have found the Company have such incredible value's, the way they source, the people they work with & the support they offer is something I have never found in a company before.
Essential Oils have the highest frequencies of any measured natural substance known to man!
doTERRA Essential Oils can be applied three different ways, Aromatically, Topically & Internally, when applying Essential Oils Topically to the skin a Carrier Oil such as Jojoba Oil or Fractionated Coconut is important to use, Essential Oils are powerful & can create sensitivity to the skin so by using a carrier oil it helps dilution & also for the oil to be absorbed into the skin & carried through the blood stream & into the cells
Aromatically is a beautiful way of adding scent to the air, scent that has supportive benefits as well as a delicate aroma, just placing 4 to 5 drops of oil in to the water & running the diffuser for an hour is perfect
Taking oils Internally is incredible, something I personally find supports my body, very small dosage is suggested
